Graham and Nic started ITM almost 30 years ago with a simple premise – renting out conference equipment makes good sense.
With A/V technology constantly developing and improving, it was uneconomic for clients and venues to invest in their own equipment that could become quickly outdated.
Today, this premise remains truer than ever.
The pace of change is even more rapid and we have seen clients’ expectations rise just as quickly. We stay up to date with market innovations, so you can have the latest technology at your important meetings off-site or in-house.
A low-key event, can be enhanced significantly with a professional projector and screen or having a small PA system to help deliver speeches or announcements over background music.
How we work
Our hire service is often as simple as delivering the required equipment to the venue and collecting it after the event.
However increasingly, many clients choose to hire a technician for the event, for a small additional charge, to undertake the installation and run the equipment. That way you can rest assured that you will be in safe and professional hands and that your meeting will run smoothly from start to finish.

We pride ourselves on having a large range of equipment and materials for hire – ranging from the highest spec projectors and screens to conference phones, secure wireless microphones, flip charts and PA systems. We can also provide the latest voting technology, laptops, iPads and lighting.
We also have a range of mono shell panels that can be used in multiple configurations to create display areas or backdrops of any size.
We can professionally install or you can put together the velcro compatible panels. Ideal for any display purpose it can add an additional dimension to your meeting or event.
Delivery and collection of equipment is inclusive of our charges.

We will also give you a cost, and once we have your purchase order number, arrange for the equipment to be delivered when and where you need it.
We prefer 24 hours’ notice if you can, but we also know how business works – so if you do have a last minute need or indeed an emergency breakdown of your own kit, we will always do our best to help.
At evenings and weekends, there is always a fully qualified technician on call – just leave a message and we will be back to you by 7am the next morning.
